These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website, located at www.naturemattersgallery.com, and the purchase of photographic prints and merchandise. By accessing this website and placing an order, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our website.
- Orders and Payment
Placing an Order
To purchase a limited edition print, you must complete the online order form and provide accurate and complete information. All orders are subject to availability.
Pricing
All prices listed on our website are in Canadian Dollars unless stated otherwise. For domestic (Canadian) orders, applicable taxes are applied at checkout based on point of sale for the order.
Taxes, import fees and duties for U.S. and international orders are EXCLUDED from the purchase price. The purchaser is responsible for any and all charges upon delivery of your order.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Shipping and handling fees are calculated during checkout.
Payment Methods
Payment must be received in full before your order is processed and shipped.
- Limited Edition Prints
Edition Size
Each limited edition print is produced in a specified number of reproductions. Once this number is reached, no further prints will be made in that edition.
Certificate of Authenticity
Each limited edition print will be accompanied by a certificate of authenticity, which certifies the edition number and the artist's signature where applicable.
Color Accuracy
We strive to provide accurate color representations of the prints on our website. However, due to variations in monitors and display settings, the colors of the actual product may differ slightly from what you see on your screen. Printed products that vary in appearance from electronic displays are not defective.
- Intellectual Property

All content, images, and materials on our website are the property of Nature Matters Ltd. or the respective artists. Reproduction, distribution or alteration of any website content is strictly prohibited.
Personal Use
Copyright for all original artwork and photographic prints is retained solely by the artist in perpetuity. The artist provides a limited, single use license for the purchaser to display the physical print for personal enjoyment. This does not transfer any rights to reproduce or distribute the image in any form, digital or otherwise. The print owner may sell or gift the original print to another party and the limited single use license shall apply to such party.
- Limitation of Liability
No Warranties
We do not guarantee that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components. All products are sold "as is."
Liability Limitation
Our liability for any claim arising from your use of the website or purchase of prints is limited to the amount paid for the product. We shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Alberta Canada, and any disputes will be resolved exclusively by the Province Courts of Alberta.
- Changes to Terms and Conditions
