Shipping & Delivery Times 

We are committed to ensuring that your photographic print reaches you in excellent condition. Orders are typically processed within 6-9 business days from order placement. Once your print is ready for shipment, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. 

Please note, delivery times vary depending on your location: 

    Domestic (within Canada): 5-7 business days from the shipping date. 

    International: 10-21 business days from the shipping date. 

AT THIS TIME, WE ARE UNABLE TO SHIP PRODUCTS TO THE PROVINCE OF QUEBEC. 

Packaging & Handling 

Each print is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely. We use high-quality, durable packaging practices to protect your artwork from any potential damage during transit. 

Shipping Fees 

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Prices for our limited-edition prints are as follows: 

Within Canada: FREE SHIPPING 

United States Orders: $ 29.50 CDN shipment, per carton 

UK Orders: $ 50.00 CDN shipment, per carton

Multiple print orders will be combined in one shipping carton wherever possible. 

International customers may be responsible for additional customs duties, tariffs or taxes upon arrival, which are outside our control. 

Lost or Delayed Shipments

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please understand that unforeseen delays with carriers may occasionally occur. If your package is significantly delayed or has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@naturemattersgallery.com, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
