Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your limited-edition print. However, due to the exclusive and made-to-order nature of our products, we have specific guidelines for returns and exchanges. 

Damaged Prints

If your print arrives damaged, please contact us at support@naturemattersgallery.com within 7 calendar days of accepting delivery. Include photographs of the damaged item and packaging to assist in resolving the issue. We will work with you to either replace the print or provide a store credit. Store credits, refunds or replacement prints will be offered only after the original print is returned to Nature Matters. 

Exchanges & Store Credit

Since each print is custom-produced, we do not offer returns or refunds for reasons other than damage or defect. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your print, please reach out to us, and we may offer a store credit or refund on a case-by-case basis. Store credits, refunds or replacement prints will be offered only after the original print is returned to Nature Matters. 

Refunds

Please allow 5 business days for the refund to be processed after we have received and inspected the returned item. 

Return Shipping Costs

If a return is authorized due to damage or defect, we will cover the cost of return shipping within Canada. For international orders, customers is responsible for return shipping fees. Original packaging materials must be used for return shipping to prevent damage to the artwork.
